Power Pilates is based on the original Joseph Pilates method, yet it is more challenging, stronger, and upbeat than our Classic Pilates or Cosmic Pilates classes. It is 60 minutes of ultimate mat work with plenty of power.

Our Power Pilates method encompasses many controlled, precise movements to stretch and strengthen muscle without adding bulk. Each exercise allows you to work on the body’s deep postural muscles, building strength from the inside out and rebalancing your muscular system.
