Our Prenatal Postnatal Pilates class combines toning Pilates mat work with deeply safe stretching and strengthening postures to keep your body in good shape and energy levels high. If you still need to attend your regular Power Pilates practice, this class is for you. It provides a great workout in a safe, effective manner and is fit for your body’s changing needs.
