Cosmic Pilates
Cosmic Pilates is Mindfulness X Classic Pilates. It is a full-body movement practice of slow, controlled, aligned pilates moves brought together with soulful flows on the mat for 60 minutes of alignment bliss.
Get ready to strengthen, realign, and reconnect with your body through a classical Pilates approach. If you prefer a slightly slower pace, more attention/correction, and focus on body alignment and breath work, this class is for you. Cosmic Pilates begins with a moment of guided breathing connection using Pilates breathing techniques, followed by mat Pilates practice and a sweet, guided muscle-releasing relaxation.
