The Cosmos West is located on Douwes Dekkerstraat 30H, just around the corner from Studio 191 West – so close we share a back garden!

Located a 5 minute walk from Tram 13 or Tram 19 stop Willem de Zwijgerlaan – Turn right just before Cafe Thuys, down Douwes Dekkerstraat, where you will find The Cosmos on your left.
Lockers
In our gender neutral changing rooms, we have plenty of lockers for all of your personal items. Please be sure to have your phone on silent when you leave it in the locker – phones are not permitted into the practice room.
Weights & Props
All of our studios have the sleek and sexy Bala Power ring weights as well as bangles for wrist and ankle weights. We also have dumbbells and resistance bands to create that all round workout.
Mats
Yoga mats / Workout mats are there and ready for you. We use excellent quality Makduke Pro mats at all our studios.
