This active, heat-inducing Vinyasa Flow practice includes the (optional) use of our studio’s Bala Bangles (1kg wrist/ankle weights) to intensify the practice and maximise results.
Guided by the teacher, get ready for dynamic flows and deep work within the selected postures. Learn safe alignment that builds bones, increases flexibility in body, mind and spirit, and keeps you feeling confident, courageous and alive.
Expect to break down poses and increase your awareness of small alignment based adjustments, that will yield big results on and off your mat. Expect to flow through sequences finding your inner power as the rising energy lifts your spirits.
